Delete from the app
- Open Plata → Profile → Trust & Safety.
- Select “Delete Local Data”.
- Confirm to erase saved recipes, badges, AI history, and cached photos.
Request server deletion
Email hello@plataai.app using the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm via your store receipt email and remove backups within 30 days.
Third-party services
We use Firebase Authentication and Expo push notifications. Once your account is deleted, associated tokens are revoked immediately.
