Data we collect
We only collect the information required to deliver personalized recipes and maintain your account. This includes onboarding details (name, dietary preferences), ingredient photos you choose to upload, and anonymous analytics to improve product performance.
How we use your information
- Generate AI recipes tailored to your preferences.
- Sync saved meals, badges, and streaks across devices.
- Monitor aggregated engagement to prioritize new cooking experiences.
What we never do
We do not sell personal data, share ingredient photos with advertisers, or train AI models with your content without explicit consent.
Data retention & deletion
You can reset or delete all locally stored data from the Profile tab in the app, or by emailing hello@snapchef.app. Account data is removed from our servers within 30 days.
