1. Acceptance

By installing or using Plata you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and stop using the services.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reverse engineering or reselling the service is prohibited.

3. AI outputs

Recipes are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. Always verify doneness, allergies, and safety guidelines before consuming food.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled in your App Store / Play Store settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

5. Termination

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, violate laws, or attempt to compromise our infrastructure.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
